Indong Tea Promoter Gifts 41.84 Lakh Shares

Mr. Madanlal Garg, a promoter of Indong Tea Company Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of 4,18,488 equity shares via inter-se transfer through a gift to immediate relatives. This transaction, conducted off-market, does not alter the total shareholding of the promoter category. The disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company remains ₹19,42,10,480.
