Akme Fintrade Appoints Ankita Jain as Internal Auditor

Akme Fintrade (India) Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Ankita Jain, Chartered Accountant, as the new Internal Auditor for the period April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The company also noted the resignation of Ms. Latika Jain from the same position, effective June 29, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the allotment of equity shares upon warrant conversions and recommended the appointment of Shyam S. Gupta & Associates as Statutory Auditors.
