Alan Scott Enterprises re-appoints Sureshkumar Jain as MD for 5 years

Alan Scott Enterprises Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sureshkumar Jain as Managing Director for a further term of 5 years, effective June 24, 2026, until June 23, 2031. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on June 24, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder and other necessary regulatory approvals. The Board also approved the draft Letter of Offer and appointment of intermediaries for a proposed Rights Issue. Mr. Jain is not debarred from holding a directorial office by any regulatory authority.
