Saregama India Appoints Abhishek Kapoor as CFO

Saregama India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Kapoor as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 15, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this appointment following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Kuldeep Kothari has been appointed as the Interim CFO, effective June 24, 2026, and will serve until Mr. Kapoor's assumption of duties. These changes are intended to ensure continuity in the CFO office and comply with relevant regulations. Mr. Kapoor brings over 25 years of experience in finance leadership roles across various industries, including media and entertainment, and currently serves as CFO of Sula Vineyards Limited. Mr. Kothari has over 23 years of experience and has been with Saregama for seven years.
