Alka Securities Ltd Closes Trading Window for Dealing in Securities

Alka Securities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will be closed from 01st April, 2026, for the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 31st March, 2026, by the Board of Directors. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results. This closure applies to employees, directors, key managerial personnel, and designated persons and their immediate relatives, who are not allowed to trade in the company's shares or securities during this period.
