Alka Securities Ltd to Approve Q4 Results on Feb 14, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Alka Securities Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider any other matter deemed fit by the Board. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from January 1, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of the above-mentioned results for directors and specified persons as defined in the Code.
