Alkali Metals Appoints Y.V. Prashanth as Executive Director

Alkali Metals Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Y.V. Prashanth as an Executive Director, effective October 12, 2026, for a term of three years. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). Mr. Prashanth, son of the Managing Director and Promoter, brings experience in Liquidity Management, Client Development, Marketing, and Receivables and Payables Management. He previously served as an Executive Director for the company.
