Neelkanth Rockminerals Appoints 4 New Directors, Reconstitutes Committees

Neelkanth Rockminerals Ltd announced the appointment of four new directors following a Board Meeting held on October 21, 2026. Mr. Swapan Mohit Goli has been appointed as Additional and Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for a five-year term, subject to member approval. Mr. Mahendra Kumar joins as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Ankur Khedar and Ms. Pravita Khandelwal are appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, also for five-year terms, pending member approval. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee with the newly appointed directors.
