Neelkanth Rockminerals Appoints Secretarial and Internal Auditors

Neelkanth Rockminerals Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Bharat Khaniwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Balaji V & Co. as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The board also accepted the resignation of Mrs. Durga Dhanwani from the positions of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately.
