Satyam Silk Mills Appoints A.R. Sodha & Co. as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Satyam Silk Mills Ltd has announced the appointment of A.R. Sodha & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the company's members at the 43rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 43rd AGM until the conclusion of the 48th AGM, expected in the financial year 2030-31. The remuneration for the auditors has also been fixed by the shareholders. A.R. Sodha & Co. is a Mumbai-based firm with over 25 years of experience in taxation and audit services.
