Prabhat Technologies re-appoints auditors for 5-year term

Prabhat Technologies (India) Ltd, now known as Prabhat Entertainment Limited, announced the re-appointment of its Statutory Auditor, M/s. Harish Arora & Associates, for a second term of five years. This term will commence from the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 23rd AGM, covering financial years from March 31, 2027, to March 31, 2031. Additionally, M/s. Shekhawat & Associates has been re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a similar five-year term. The company also approved the regularization of Mr. Aakash Vishwamani Tiwari as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. These decisions were made at the AGM held on September 30, 2026.
