Recode Studios Ltd Re-appoints R M S G & Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Recode Studios Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s R M S G & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31. This decision was approved by the members at the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The AGM also saw the approval of changes in designation for Ms. Shailja and Ms. Palak Chugh from Additional Director to Independent Director, each for a term of up to five years. Additionally, M/s Lal Ghai & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a similar five-year period.
