Recode Studios Appoints M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for 5 Years

Recode Studios Limited announced the appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31. This decision was approved by the members at the 5th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The AGM also saw the approval of designation changes for Ms. Shailja and Ms. Palak Chugh from Additional Director to Independent Director, each for a term of up to five years commencing August 24, 2026. Additionally, M/s R M S G & Associates were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for the same five-year period.
