Recode Studios AGM Approves Key Appointments

Recode Studios Limited held its 5th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. During the meeting, members approved the change in designation of Ms. Shailja and Ms. Palak Chugh from Additional Directors to Independent Directors for a term of five consecutive years, effective August 24, 2026. Additionally, the appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and the re-appointment of M/s R M S G & Associates as Statutory Auditors were approved, both for a five-year term commencing from Financial Year 2026-27.
