Prabhat Technologies Regularizes Director Appointment, Appoints Auditors

Prabhat Technologies (India) Ltd, now known as Prabhat Entertainment Limited, announced the regularization of Mr. Aakash Vishwamani Tiwari as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. This decision was approved by the company's members at a meeting held on September 30, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Harish Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the 18th AGM until the 23rd AGM (ending FY31). M/s. Shekhawat & Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a similar five-year term. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
