Alkem Labs Appoints Dr. Amrut Naik as New CEO

Alkem Laboratories Limited announced the appointment of Dr. Amrut Naik as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 3rd, 2026. Dr. Naik's tenure as CEO is effective from November 11th, 2026. He brings over 26 years of extensive experience in the global pharmaceutical business, with a proven track record in building and scaling businesses across various segments including branded formulations, generics, APIs, biologics, vaccines, specialty, and innovation-led portfolios. Dr. Naik holds a Ph.D. (Tech) in Pharmacology.
