K M Sugar Mills: Whole-Time Director Resigns

K M Sugar Mills Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Jhunjhunwala from his positions as Whole-Time Director (designated as Joint Managing Director) and Director, effective November 05, 2026. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors during their meeting on the same day, citing personal reasons and other professional commitments. The Board expressed appreciation for his contributions. Mr. Jhunjhunwala will also cease to be a member of the CSR Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
