Shriram Properties Appoints Ramesh Narain Parbat as Independent Director

Shriram Properties Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Narain Parbat as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director. This appointment, effective November 5, 2026, is for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Parbat, a former Member (Legislation) of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), brings extensive experience in tax policy, legislation, and administration.
