All Time Plastics Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for equity shares in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in the Securities. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026.
