Bombay HC Appoints Arbitrator for Allied Blenders Disputes

Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of Justice S. C. Gupte (Retired) as the Sole Arbitrator by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court. This appointment is to adjudicate disputes and differences between the company and an applicant, Mr. Alok Gupta, concerning an Employment Agreement and resultant claims.
