Mr. Vinit Shah, an immediate relative of Promoter/Promoter Group, acquired 21,940 (0.10%) equity shares via inter se transfer (by way of gift) from Bakulesh Chandulal Shah HUF. There is no change in the total shareholding of Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company pre and post transfer of shares.
