Alphageo to hold 39th AGM on Sep 18; proposes ₹5 dividend

The agenda includes adopting the Audited Financial Statements for FY26, declaring a dividend of ₹5 per equity share, and considering the re-appointment of Whole Time Director Mr. Sashank Alla.
