Alphalogic Techsys Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 07/02/2026 to consider and approve the un-audited financials (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The meeting will also discuss other agenda items. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company for specified persons will be closed from the time of issue of this intimation until 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
