The registered office will now also serve as the corporate office, where the company's books of accounts will be maintained. The new corporate office is located at R-815 New Rajinder Nagar, North East Delhi, New Delhi-110060, moving from its previous address in Rajendra Place, New Delhi. This move aims to centralize management, administration, and operational functions. The Managing Director, Deepak Kumar Bhojak, has been authorized to finalize all necessary documentation and oversee the office setup.
