Paras Petrofils Appoints Ankit Consultancy as New RTA

Paras Petrofils Ltd has announced the appointment of Ankit Consultancy Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). This change, approved by the Board of Directors on August 27, 2026, will be effective upon execution of the agreement. The erstwhile RTA, Bigshare Services Private Limited, will continue until the transition of database and electronic connectivity is complete. Ankit Consultancy, a SEBI registered RTA, will handle electronic connectivity services and physical share transfers, ensuring efficient investor services.
