Paras Petrofils Appoints Ankit Consultancy as New RTA

Paras Petrofils Ltd announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved the appointment of Ankit Consultancy Private Limited as the new RTA. The erstwhile RTA, Bigshare Services Private Limited, will continue until the transition of database and electronic connectivity is complete. Ankit Consultancy Private Limited is a SEBI registered RTA and will handle physical share transfers and electronic connectivity services for the company.
