Amagi Media Labs Appoints Dr. Bhaskar Ghosh as Independent Director

Amagi Media Labs Limited announced the appointment of Dr. Bhaskar Ghosh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 3 years, effective November 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Srividhya Srinivasan was appointed as Whole-time Director & Chief Technology Officer for 5 years, also pending shareholder approval.
