Amagi Media Labs Ltd: Board Approves Q2 FY27 Results & Director Appointments

Amagi Media Labs Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 05, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Dr. Bhaskar Ghosh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 3 years and Ms. Srividhya Srinivasan as a Whole-time Director and Chief Technology Officer for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The limited review reports from the statutory auditor were also noted.
