Amanta Healthcare Appoints Nilesh Punjabi to Senior Management

Amanta Healthcare Ltd announced the inclusion of Mr. Nilesh Punjabi as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective August 5, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Punjabi, Assistant Vice President (HR & Admin), brings over 20 years of HR experience from companies like United Breweries Ltd, Hettich India, Zydus Cadila, Kohler India, and 3M India Ltd. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Development and a Post Graduate degree in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. This appointment is in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
