Rollatainers Appoints Sunil Kumar Sharma as MD & Additional Director

Rollatainers Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma as an Additional Director (Executive) and Managing Director, effective August 5, 2026. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Mr. Sharma brings 25 years of experience in supply chain coordination, warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, dispatch, and operational management. He is not debarred from holding a director's office.
