Bank of Baroda Appoints Rakesh Nema as Chief Technology Officer

Bank of Baroda has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Nema as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Nema holds a Master's degree in Science and a PG Diploma in Computer Applications, bringing over 25 years of experience within the bank. This appointment is effective from August 5, 2026, as per the orders issued. The bank has informed the stock exchanges about this change in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
