Trinity Tradelink Appoints Navneet Khare as Additional Director

Trinity Tradelink Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Navneet Khare as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the company, effective August 5, 2026. This appointment is for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval at the upcoming General Meeting. The board meeting also approved the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditor and the appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates to fill the casual vacancy. Additionally, Mr. Vikrant Kayan was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Nitin Oza as Internal Auditor. Miss. Iranee Tripathy and Mr. Manoj Batham were also appointed as Additional Directors.
