Trinity Tradelink Appoints Navneet Khare as Additional Director

Trinity Tradelink Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Navneet Khare as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) during a Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026. The appointment is effective from August 5, 2026, for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing General Meeting. The board also approved the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditor and proposed the appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates. Additionally, Mr. Vikrant Kayan was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Nitin Oza as Internal Auditor. Miss. Iranee Tripathy and Mr. Manoj Batham were also appointed as Additional Directors.
