Trinity Tradelink Appoints Manoj Batham as Additional Director

Trinity Tradelink Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Batham as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the company. This appointment was approved during a Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026, and is effective from the same date. The appointment is for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval at the ensuing General Meeting. The board meeting also covered the resignation of statutory auditors M/s. PAMS & Associates and the proposed appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates as their replacement. Additionally, Mr. Vikrant Kayan was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Mr. Nitin Oza as Internal Auditor. Miss. Iranee Tripathy and Mr. Navneet Khare were also appointed as Additional Directors.
