Amanta Healthcare Appoints Nimesh Patel as Director, Kashyap R. Mehta as Auditor

Amanta Healthcare Ltd announced changes in its management and auditor following its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 16, 2026. Mr. Nimesh Patel, currently a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, has been re-appointed as a director retiring by rotation. He has been on the board since December 14, 2020, holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton School, and has over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is also a cousin of the Chairman and Managing Director. Additionally, M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners, Practicing Company Secretaries, have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from FY 2026-27 until FY 2030-31. The firm is based in Ahmedabad and provides integrated legal and advisory services.
