Amarjothi Spinning Mills Reschedules AGM, Revises Book Closure Dates

Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd has announced a revision to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) date and consequently, the book closure and record dates. The AGM, originally scheduled for 27th August 2026, has been rescheduled to 28th August 2026, to be held via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The book closure period will now be from 22nd August 2026 to 28th August 2026, inclusive. The record date for determining members eligible for dividend payment and for the AGM purposes remains 21st August 2026. The company also confirmed a dividend payout of Rs. 2.20 per share.
