Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd: Directorate Changes Approved

Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd has announced significant changes in its directorate. Sri. N. Radhakrishnan has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, retiring by rotation, for a term of one year until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting in 2027. Additionally, Sri. R. Premchander has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further period of five years from September 1, 2026, not liable to retire by rotation. Sri. R. Jaichander has also been re-appointed as Whole Time Director for a further period of five years from December 1, 2026, not liable to retire by rotation. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. None of the directors are debarred from holding office by any statutory authority.
