Pfizer Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Amit Agarwal, Executive Director – Finance & Chief Financial Officer, effective October 8, 2026. Mr. Agarwal is stepping down to pursue an opportunity outside the company. He will also cease to be a Director on the Board and a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Board Administrative & Share Transfer Committee.
