BHEL Senior Management Changes: New Heads Appointed

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced changes in its senior management. Shri Jitendra Das, Executive Director (IS & IO), superannuated on October 24, 2026. Subsequently, Shri Rajeeva Srivastava has been appointed as the new Head of International Operations, reporting to Director (IS & P). He brings 34 years of experience to the role, having joined BHEL in 1992. Additionally, Shri Amit Gupta has been appointed as the new Head of Defence & Aerospace Business Group (DABG), Industry Sector, also reporting to Director (IS & P). He also has 34 years of service with BHEL, joining in 1992. Both appointments are effective from October 25, 2026.
