BHEL Appoints Manepalli Sridhar as Director (Human Resources)

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) announced the appointment of Shri Manepalli Sridhar as Director (Human Resources) on its Board, effective October 22, 2026. He will hold the position until his superannuation on August 31, 2028, or until further orders. Shri Sridhar brings over 36 years of experience in manufacturing, commercial operations, project execution, industrial relations, and human resource management within BHEL. He previously served as Executive Director (Human Resources) at BHEL Corporate Office. The appointment was approved by the BHEL Board following communication from the Ministry of Heavy Industries.
