AMBASSADOR INTRA: Board approves revised Q4/FY26 results, auditor & director resign

The Board of Directors of AMBASSADOR INTRA HOLDINGS LIMITED met on May 28, 2026, to approve the revised Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. During the meeting, the board noted the resignation of Mr. Durgesh Pandey as Non-Executive Director, effective May 8, 2026, due to personal reasons. Additionally, M/S MAARK & ASSOCIATES resigned as the Statutory Auditor, effective May 28, 2026, though they will issue a limited review report for Q1 FY27. The board also appointed M/S S.
