Amber Enterprises Subsidiary Completes Power-One Acquisition

Amber Enterprises India Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, has successfully acquired the remaining 40% equity stake in Power-One Micro Systems Private Limited. This acquisition was completed pursuant to a Share Swap Agreement executed on October 18, 2026. Consequently, Power-One is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Amber Enterprises. The consideration involved the allotment of 1,76,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS A3) by IL JIN to the sellers.
