Ambika Cotton Mills Recommends K. Murali Mohan as Independent Director

Ambika Cotton Mills Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has recommended the appointment of Sri. K. Murali Mohan as an Independent Director. The recommendation will be put forth for shareholder approval via Special Resolution at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Sri. K. Murali Mohan is a Chartered Accountant with over 50 years of practice, including experience as a Statutory Auditor for listed and unlisted companies. He also has expertise in company law, FEMA, taxation, and legal documentation. He is not related to any existing directors and does not hold any shares in the company. He currently holds directorships in other companies and is a member of the Audit Committee at The Lakshmi Mills Company Limited.
