Amco India Ltd. to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 & Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2025

Amco India Ltd. has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 10th February, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at C-53-54, Sector-57, Phase III, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh- 201301. The 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
