Trading Window Closure Announced by Ameenji Rubber Ltd for Designated Persons

Ameenji Rubber Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’ and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the above Financial Results is yet to be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
