Snehjeev Ventures Acquires 9.02% Stake in Amerise Biosciences

Snehjeev Ventures Pvt Ltd, along with its persons acting in concert (PACs), has acquired 5,962,355 equity shares in Amerise Biosciences Ltd. This acquisition represents a 9.02% holding in the target company. The shares were acquired through open market transactions. The total equity share capital of Amerise Biosciences before and after the acquisition remains Rs. 6,60,69,000/-, comprising 66,06,900 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
