Snehjeev Ventures Pvt Ltd and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed the sale of 318,285 equity shares in Amerise Biosciences Ltd. This transaction, executed via the open market on July 15, 2026, resulted in their total shareholding falling below the 9% threshold. Prior to the sale, Snehjeev Ventures and PACs held 6,153,446 shares, representing 9.31% of the total capital. After the sale, their holding reduced to 5,835,161 shares, constituting 8.83% of the company's equity. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
