Acutaas Chemicals Acquires 100% of Step-Down Subsidiary EAOPL

Acutaas Chemicals Limited has announced the Board of Directors' approval for the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Enchem Ami Organics Private Limited (EAOPL). EAOPL, a step-down subsidiary, will become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Acutaas Chemicals upon completion of the acquisition. The transaction involves the transfer of shares from Acutaas Chemicals Electrolytes Private Limited (ACEPL) to Acutaas Chemicals Limited at face value, amounting to Rs. 1,00,000/-. The acquisition is expected to be completed within one month and is considered an arm's length transaction. EAOPL operates in the Specialty Chemicals Industry, aligning with Acutaas Chemicals' core business.
