Acutaas Chemicals Appoints New Senior Management Personnel

Acutaas Chemicals Limited has announced changes in its senior management structure. Dr. Ashish Kumar Pandey has been appointed as Assistant Vice President — Operations (Cluster Head — Unit 2 & 3), designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective November 2, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Anurag Shukla and Mr. Uday Desai, previously SMPs, will now report to Dr. Pandey due to a revised internal reporting structure. They will continue their employment with the company in their roles as General Manager - Operations (Head Unit 2) and General Manager - Operations (Head Unit 3) respectively, ceasing to be designated as SMPs from November 2, 2026.
