Amrapali Fincap Appoints Internal & Secretarial Auditors for FY27

Amrapali Fincap Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. S P Thakker & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. CS Bhumika Vipulbhai Ranpura, Practicing Company Secretary, was also appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Both appointments are effective immediately, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
